Pembrokeshire County Council
The Arts Development Officer of Pembrokeshire County Council will provide advice and support to the programme by:
- advising on exemplary arts practice
- guiding and supporting best practice commissioning and project management of artists, architects and arts organisations, ensuring excellence of art and excellence in the process of engaging communities
- acting as the link to other Council services eg Community Regeneration, Planning
- fisseminating outcomes and lessons learnt throughout Pembrokeshire
The Arts Development Officer has substantial experience of producing arts programmes in both the local authority and independent arts sectors. This has included identifying opportunities and cultivating partnerships to embed creativity within regeneration practice through a process that brings together artists and people, and which encourages the widest possible application of imagination, creativity and interpretation.
